I have also spent considerable time studying and developing the skills of good coaching. For a set fee this package includes:

• Two 50min coaching sessions (generally one week apart).
• Explorative activities between sessions.
• A comprehensive creative brief for the envisioned project.

Design and Implementation Package

This is a flexible package with fees and the number of coaching sessions depend on the nature of the project. I can help you:

• Identify, select and work with different design and production specialists.
• Maintain momentum and focus on the project.
• Explore the use and development of the finished product.

Professional Development for L&D Staff.
Professional Development Package
These packages can be negotiated to suit the needs of the client. What I can offer to PTEs and training providers is:

• Independent and neutral input to staff development and best practice.
• Intensive, results focused coaching sessions with tutors and trainers.
• Comprehensive understanding of tutor/trainer best practice: lesson planning, group facilitation, assessment etc.
• Experience and understanding of PTE working environments.
• Experience and understanding of NZQA context and Unit Standards training and assessment practices.
